ABOUT US
Trivedi & Parashar [T&P] is a Full-Service International Law Firm. Being almost 3 years old, we started our journey in July 2020 with a young & dynamic team of national and foreign lawyers. Our principal office is based out of Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi while having a pan-India presence with associated offices in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Chandigarh, (Punjab & Haryana), Patna (Bihar), Ranchi (Jharkhand), Mumbai (Maharashtra) and Nainital (Uttarakhand).
Notably, we have collaborations with various practicing trans-national lawyers in India and abroad specific to Middle East, European Union and Latin America which has widened our potential to provide legal assistance to our clients across India and overseas.

The Firm is an outcome of the purpose and vision shared by the Founding Partner(s), Mr. Harsh Trivedi and Mr. Shantanu Parashar and together, they bring 16 years of dedicated legal experience and expertise. Erstwhile, the Partner(s) have worked with prominent law firms in the country in the likes of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Jyoti Sagar and Karanjawala & Company along with being part of prestigious and notable chambers of Senior Advocate(s) Mr. Krishnendu Datta & Mr. Akhil Sibal. In 2022, Mr. Harsh Trivedi was awarded with the prestigious Global Lex-Falcon Awards held in Dubai, UAE.
T&P’s vision is to provide cost-effective legal, regulatory and advisory services across various sectors including but not limited to sectors like Aviation, Education, Information Technology, Non-Banking Financial Corporations, Real Estate, Oil & Gas Sector, E-commerce & Retail, Banks & Financial Institutions, Public Sector Enterprises and last but not the least, for Start-Up’s and upcoming entrepreneurs.
